The Redemptorists of the Baltimore Province elect a leadership team every four years to guide the Province during this time. The leadership team is known as the Ordinary Provincial Council (OPC).

The current OPC includes:
Father John Collins (pictured center), based in Washington D.C., is the Provincial Superior. He succeeded Father Paul Borowski. Father John Olenick (pictured right), based in Washington D.C., serves as Provincial Vicar, and Father Kevin O'Neil, based in Washington, D.C., is the Provincial Consultor.
Before his time on OPC, Father Collins was the Director of San Alfonso Retreat House in Long Branch, New Jersey, while also ministering as a member of the retreat team since July 2015. Father Olenick was Pastor at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish in Vieux Fort, St. Lucia. Father O'Neil was most recently on the preaching staff at San Alfonso Retreat House in Long Branch, New Jersey..
These men, along with the five-member Extraordinary Provincial Council (EPC), manage the province’s missionary activities and implement its policy and governance decisions.

Fr. James Gilmour - Presently Rector of Immaculate Conception Community in the Bronx
Fr. John Kingsbury - Presently Director of the Shrine of St. John Neumann in Philadelphia
Fr. Manuel Rodriguez - Presently Associate Pastor at OLPH in Brooklyn, NY
Br. Jeffrey Rolle - Former General Consultor, presently Rector of the Redemptorist community in Belfast, Dominica
Fr. Ako Walker - Presently Pastor at Sacred Heart of Jesus in Baltimore, MD
